you ever just have a crappy week?

Well... crappy isn't what i want to call it... but we'll use it for now...


So this week has been for the most part HORRIBLE!

Here is a rundown of the week!

• Monday: find out computer can't connect to the internet because of something wrong with Vista... comcast tech guy (who was awesome) tells me i have to contact Dell or Microsoft... So i contact Dell... for a fee of $49 plus applicable sales tax they can help me troubleshoot it... are you kidding me... So i called microsoft... but they were closed!


• Tuesday... I called microsoft and for a fee of this time $79 plus applicable sales tax. they too could troubleshoot the problem for me... Not fix it... just troubleshoot it! at this point i'm crying... that's what i do when i get angry... i don't yell or hit anything or get mad... i cry... it's not probuctive i know... but anyway... i tell the lady i'm talking to through my crying that i don't understand how i have to pay her for her to tell me how to fix a problem with HER program! I seriously don't get it! So i called Dell back... and she again told me of the small fee to get the troubleshooting done... she could obviously tell that i was not happy so she told me how to fix it... by restoring the computer to the factory settings... which means i would have to get all of my stuff off of it before hand... so i went to Staples to get an external harddrive (which i needed to get anyway for all my pictures!) that was $97! so i put everythign on my new 500GB External Harddrive... make a dvd of all my itunes... and restore my computer... then i put everything back on it... and by 10:30 at night everything was back to how it should've been....


• Wednesday was looking to be an ok day... then while i was working i got a message from my friend Jen... (see post below)
• Thursday was an ok day.... Girls night with Allison and her mom, Michelle. watched grey's...
• Friday: got up to get going to school... went a back way and didnt' stop at the blinking light... and there was a sheriff sitting there and I got a ticket for $124.... i'm going to get a court date... hopefully they'll take it down a little bit!

Seriously... it has been not such a fun week!

BUT... there was a couple of things that were good....

• Monday: had a great massage... fell asleep
• Tuesday: went to see a condo in snohomish that me and the fams is going to look at again on Sunday... it's pretty much perfect for me...
• Thursday: I listen to star 101.5 during my lunch and planning period... and because i knew the 80's song won tickets to the FRAY, the twilight DVD and a prize pack to Vegfest (vegetarian food festival in seattle this weekend)

I'm hoping that my trip over the pass is a good one... i have to head over to Leavenworth for a meeting with the WA-FACSE gals... I"m a little bit nervous to drive over since there has been so much snow lately!!!

So... if you could say some prayers for me... and that next week will be better... and that the trip over the pass will be ok i would really really really appreciate it!

I got a phone call tonight from my friend Jen... her auntie Katherine... who is amazing... is not doing well... she is the most vivacious, crazy, amazing, sweet spirited, feisty lady i've ever met...

Please lift her up in prayers!!!

Relaxation...

So i got the following from a friend who has been in Mexico on vacation for almost 2 weeks...

FEELING STRESSED?
Picture yourself near a stream.
Birds are softly chirping in the crisp, cool mountain air.
Nothing can bother you here. No one knows this secret place.
You are in total seclusion from that place called “the world.”
The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
The water is clear.
You can easily make out the face
of the person whose head you’re holding under the water.
Look...It’s the person who caused you all this stress in the first place.
What a pleasant surprise.
You let them up.....
.....just for a quick breath.....then PLOOP!...back under they go....
You allow yourself as many deep breaths as you want.
There now......feeling better?

Snow... really... more snow...

So today i get up and see that the neighboring districts are all 2-hours late...
Thinking... what about my district... are you kidding...
So i get ready and go to school...
Not a lot of snow... really barely any...
it's like powered sugar by the time i get to school...
not sticking at all...
well... halfway into 2nd period, i noticed it....
it was coming down so hard....
and when i went to look at the ground it was covered...
7 inches later... we get the kids on the bus and get the heck out of there early...

I'm guessing we'll be 2-hours late tomorrow since it's suppose to be FREAKING cold tonight... we'll see though!

ok... finally an update....

Hahahahahahhaa!

I was working last night at the store... and Patty (one of the wednesday night gals -and super fun lady!) asked when i was going to update my blog... i thought she was talking about the store blog that i use to do...

Nope... she was talking about this thing... I don't know why it's so hard to keep this thing updated... it's not like i'm not online all the time... home - school... i'm on enough to not have an excuse as to why it's not updated...

so...

i'm going to work on it...


What have i been up to...

hmmmmm.... that's a good question...

well... i've been sick...
I went to the dr 2 weeks ago because i had a sinus infection (i know i did)... my wonderful dr wasn't available so i saw a nurse practioner... yah... so shouldn't have done that... i should've waited to see my dr... cause a $15 copay and "take a couple advil" later... i was home still not feeling well. So, yesterday i went to the dr and guess what.... I HAVE A SINUS INFECTION... no kidding right! it was a mess... anyway... got some (horse pill) anitbiotics, some mucinex and some vitamins to help me get better...


I have been scrappin a bit... I went last saturday night and hung out with my friend laurie at her house and we scrapped... i had a couple of layouts for the store to do... so i did those and the created a couple more...

Here is what i can show you:
The last 2 layouts I did for a swap with Sasha (http://sassysasha.typepad.com/mygoodies). She is a freaking kick in the pants. I know her from Scrapinstyletv.com... and i got to meet her last year in Franklin, TN at Sisversary 2008... and I get to see her again at Sisiversary 2009... woo hooo... Anyway... her boys are freaking cute... i really like how they turned out!

Ok... well... i'm off to get some more scrappin' done... and watching CSI... taylor swift is on it tonight...
